Historic Burgaw Depot Preservation Foundation
Dear Exhibitors:
We are very excited to advise you that the Historic Burgaw Depot Preservation Foundation will host the 2nd Annual Antique Show and
We hope you will accept our invitation to join us. Enclosed you will find a copy of the exhibition/contract, regulations and related documents. Your completed contract, other relevant papers and fees must be received by April 31, 2008. Please read the enclosed contract carefully, sign and mail with your deposit to the Historic Burgaw Depot Preservation Foundation, P.O. Box 605,
So as to assure our goal to make the show one of outstanding quality, we remind exhibitors that reproduction items should be extremely limited and clearly marked. Only items that are suitable to the standard of a quality show will be permitted.
Please consider this opportunity as it is destined to be another great success. 98% of our 2007 dealers are returning due to the fact hteir sales were great and they enjoyed working the show. The 2007 N.C. Blueberry Festival drew more than 25,000 people. It promises to be even more successful, with a variety of activities and venues including live entertainment, arts and crafts, food and drink vendors, children’s activities, beer and wine garden, antique car show, 5k run, and a golf tournament. Local antique shops, restaurants and businesses will also participate.
Proceeds from the booth rentals will benefit the preservation and restoration of the oldest train depot in
Sincerely,
Ellen L. Howell Show Committee: Chair/Dealers (910) 675-0774
